Plaintiff Debra L. Frazee appeals from a summary judgment in favor of defendants Hall Seely, Katia Diehl, the law firm of Seely & Russell (S & R), Michelle Elizabeth Hales, Robert P. Etienne, and the law firm of Hales, Hales & Etienne (H, H & E).
