This is an action brought by the liquidating trustee (“Trustee”) of a bankrupt company, Yerilink Corporation (Werilink”) against various officers and directors, legal counsel, and an investment banking firm, in relevant part, arising out of the acquisition by Verilink of Larscom Incorporated (“Larscom”).
