This appeal involves the consideration of a final judgment closing two cases which were consolidated by agreement of the parties, and were tried together. One was filed in Pawnee county, by Oil Well Supply Company, a corporation, against A. H. Roeser, the Exchange National Bank of Tulsa, a corporation, et al., and numbered 3648, Pawnee district court. The gist of the action was focr judgment against A. H. Roeser for the sum of $15,700.40, and to halve the amount declared a lien upon a certain oil and gas leasehold estate in and to the east half otf the southwest…
