Plaintiff, E. E. Hurt, sued the Devonian Oil Company in the district court of Okmulgee county for damages to his land, crops, and stock arising from the pollution of a stream by salt water and oil. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff for $1,205. From a judgment on the verdict, defendant appeals. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
