This is a certiorari proceeding under the provisions of the Personal Income Tax Law (Tax Law, §§ 199, 375) and the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the State Tax *129Commission in connection with the assessment of additional income tax against the relator for the calendar years 1929, 1930 and 1931.
The parties are in accord as to the facts and only questions of law are involved.
