Appellant Arkansas Transit stice. carrier in the business of transporting mobile homes in interstate commerce. In February 1987, Appellant applied for workers’ compensation insurance coverage through the Arkansas Assigned Risk Pool. Appellee Aetna Life and Casualty was assigned to provide coverage to Appellant. Appellee issued a policy for the years February 7, 1991, to February 7, 1992, and March 13, 1992, to February 7, 1993.
