George W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused stands convicted of escape from confinement and robbery. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for five years. The convening authority approved the findings and all portions of the sentence except he reduced the period of confinement to four years, and a board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Army affirmed.
