Paul W. BROSMAN, Judge:

The accused warrant officer was convicted by general court-martial, convened at Chanute Air Force Base, Illinois, under seven specifications alleging larceny, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 50 USC § 715. The findings and sentence were approved by the convening authority — and a board of review later affirmed this action.
