Suit by the appellee, against the appellants, ■who are the trustees of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church of Rockport, Spencer county, Indiana, upon a special contract for erecting the walls of a church building.

A copy of the contract is made a part of the complaint.. The complaint consists of a single paragraph, and alleges completion of the contract on the part of the appellee, and a breach on the part of the appellants, by failing to pay, according to the contract, for the erection of the church.
