This is an action brought by plaintiff Shirley E. Elkins against defendant American international Special Lines Insurance Company. On March 20, 2008, plaintiff filed a supplemental complaint pursuant to Ohio Rev.Code § 3929.06 against the defendant in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio.
