Introduction

Before this Court is Defendant American Family Insurance Co.’s (“American Family”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 45). Plaintiff Issa Sobh has opposed (Doc. No. 47); Defendant replied (Doc. No. 48). Sobh, in his individual capacity, claims American Family is liable for breach of contract because American Family allegedly failed to properly fulfill its duties under various insurance policies that were issued to properties owned by ten limited liability companies (“LLCs”) operated by Sobh.
