Plaintiff, on parole after conviction of' a felony by a California State court,, seeks judgment permanently enjoining-the State of California from enforcing certain sections of its Penal Code, Civil' Code, Code of Civil Procedure and provisions of the California constitution, on-, the grounds they are unconstitutional..
