This is an application for review of a decision and judgment sustaining the appraised values of certain imported handmade wool hooked rugs (Tapetes Luxor, S.A., et al. v. United States, 53 Cust. Ct. 504, Reap. Dec. 10866). Involved herein are 19 appeals for reappraisement, consolidated for purposes of trial, which relate to merchandise exported from Mexico during the period between July 26, 1956, and February 27, 1959.
