CLARK, Judge.

The issue presented upon appeal is whether the designation and use of the term “customer engineer” by defendant IBM *602and its employees who install, maintain, and repair its business machines is prohibited by the North Carolina Engineering and Land Surveying Act, Chapter 89C of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
