This case has been before us on two prior occasions. In Watwood v. Credit Bureau, D.C.Mun.App., 68 A.2d 905, we affirmed an order of the trial court dismissing plaintiff’s suit against defendants for damages and in-junctive relief based on an alleged libel. Upon a rehearing of that decision, we remanded the case to the trial court in order that it might consider on the merits under Municipal Court rule 53(b)1 an application by the plaintiff for relief from a withdrawal of her motion for leave to amend her complaint.
