MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before the Court is Defendant Casey Robinson’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 15) Plaintiffs trademark infringement and unfair competition claims under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 (2006), pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), for lack of personal jurisdiction, and 12(b)(6), for failure to state a cognizable claim.
