Aphena Pharma Solutions-Maryland LLC (“Aphena”) sued BioZone Laboratories, Inc. (“BioZone”), BioZone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“BioZone Pharmaceuticals”), and Daniel Fisher (collectively “defendants”) for contract and fraud claims. Pending are Fisher’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and the defendants’ motion to transfer the case to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
