Appellant, Ross Rhoades, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on October 5, 2009, by the Honorable Paul W. Tressler, Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. After careful review, we affirm.

The facts of the instant case are as follows. Rhoades and the victim shared an apartment in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. On February 10, 2008, the couple had an argument and the victim stayed at a friend’s house that evening.
