OPINION BY

LAZARUS, J:

Martin Paul Allen appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County. We affirm.

Allen was tried before a jury and convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) — General Impairment and Highest Rate of Alcohol, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3802(a)(1), (c), Involuntary Manslaughter, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 2504(a), Recklessly Endangering Another Person, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2705, Careless Driving, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 8714(a), and Vehicle Turning Left, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3332.
