Commonwealth v. Edwards

Calvin Edwards (hereinafter “Appellant”) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common *324Pleas of Philadelphia County on December 16, 2009, at which time he was sentenced to an aggregate term of forty-two and one-half (42 % years to eighty-five (85) years in prison after he was found to be in violation of the terms of his probation. Upon our review of the record, we affirm.
