FARLEY, Judge:

This is an appeal from a May 16, 1994, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) which denied service connection for arthritis of the cervical spine. The Board also noted that a back disorder claim was pending before the regional office (RO) and referred to the RO claims for service connection for knee disorders and for a left hip disorder, all of which were claimed to be secondary to a service-connected ankle condition. This appeal is timely and the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 7252(a). For the reasons that follow, the Court will affirm the BVA…
