This proceeding is to review an award by the Industrial Commission of Utah made in favor of the four minor children of Jacob Jacobsen, an employee of the Utah Fuel Company, who died from accidental injuries received in the course of his employment. At the hearing it was admitted by the employer, a self-insurer, that the employee was accidentally killed in the course of his employment, and that the average weekly wage at the time of death was sufficient to entitle persons wholly dependent to the maximum compensation provided by law.
