Willard De Witt Rogers was accidentally killed in this state on August 15th, 1926, while in the discharge of his duties as an employee of the Central Arizona Light &• Power Company. His occupation came within the terms of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Laws 1925, chap. 83), and the Industrial Commission made an award to his widow, Eutrophia Marie Rogers, with whom he was living at the time of his death, and to his two daughters by a former wife, then, respectively, fourteen and eleven years of age, who were at that time living with their mother, Rogers’ divorced wife, and their stepfather,…
