THE COURT.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff against the defendants for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien filed by plaintiff upon the property of defendants J. H. Bohlig and Lotta Bohlig.

Bohlig, the sole owner of a portion of the real property subjected to the lien, entered into a contract with Hladik & Thayer, architects, whereby said architects agreed to furnish all plans, specifications, architectural- work, and superintendence employed in the construction of a building to be erected, and which was erected, upon Bohlig’s land and partly upon land owned by Bohlig and…
