MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

THORNBURG, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Plaintiffs motion to continue the trial and to deviate from the scheduling order.

By Memorandum and Order filed March 7, 2003, the undersigned required the Defendants to file briefs in support of their motions to dismiss within 15 days of entry of the Order, i.e., on or before March 24, 2003.
