Carol M. Schaeve appeals from a judgment dismissing her complaint, which alleged several violations of Wisconsin’s Open Meetings Law by the Elmbrook Board of Education. Because we conclude that the circuit court properly applied the Open Meetings Law, we affirm its judgment.

On March 16, 1982, the superintendent of the Elm-brook School District sent Schaeve a letter which advised that the superintendent was recommending her dismissal as a teacher in the school district.
