¶ 1. Bartlett Olson appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for certiorari review of a decision approving a tax incremental financing (TIF) district in the City of Baraboo. Olson contends that the City of Baraboo Joint Review Board violated the Open Meetings Law, Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-19.98 (1997-98),1 when it included incorrect information in a notice for one of its public meetings.
