This is an action of contract to recover the net amount allegedly due on a promissory note in the sum of $7,944.60 plus a "reasonable attorney’s fee” of $1,191.54 plus interest. The answer was a general denial and plea of payment.. The court found for the plaintiff in the amount of $7,793.60 balance due on the note, an attorney’s fee of 15% of balance which amounted to $1,169.04 and *124interest from date of the writ to date of judgment of $155.86 amounting to a total of $9,118.50.
