Leventhal, Krinsky, and one Curtin, the president and treasurer of Edwards Trailer & Body Co., Inc., hereinafter called Edwards, entered into an agreement to purchase eighty-three army trailers; Krinsky was to fur-the purchase price; Leventhal was to guarantee Krinsky against loss; Edwards was to sell the trailers; and the profits were to be equally divided among Leventhal, Krinsky, and Edwards.
