This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals, 1 affirming the judgment of the Milwaukee county circuit court, Judge Robert W. Landry, which declared that Doucas Oldsmobile-Renault was the beneficiary of an insurance policy issued by Empire General Life Insurance Company on the life of Paul Doucas.
