Plaintiffs-Appellants (“the Robertsons”) sued the Defendants-Appellees, (collectively, “the NMC”) under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“the ADA”), as well as other state-law claims, alleging that the NMC had discriminated against Dr. Robertson in firing him. Robertson claims that the NMC failed to make reasonable accommodations for his Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (“ADHD”). The district court entered summary judgment in favor of the defendants on the claims under the ADA, but remanded the Robertsons’ state-law claims, including a claim under the Louisianians with…
