This action was commenced in the district court of Okmulgee county by Becky Armstrong, as plaintiff, against the defendants for the purpose of canceling a certain deed theretofore executed by Becky Armstrong to a part of her allotment. Within a few days thereafter a dismissal signed by Becky Armstrong, by her mark, was procured and filed by the defendants in said cause; A few days thereafter a motion was filed by Becky Armstrong, by her attorneys, for leave to "withdraw the purported dismissal.
