MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, plaintiffs allege numerous causes of action against Tony Alamo. 1 They assert, first, that Mr. Alamo violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 206(a)(1) and 207(a)(1), because plaintiffs performed work for him for which they were not paid. Plaintiffs claim, secondly, that Mr. Alamo purported to divorce Robert Miller and Carey Miller from their wives and purported thereafter to join their wives in matrimony with other men; they allege too, that Mr. Alamo engaged in a concerted effort to estrange…
