(after stating the facts). A number of exceptions were saved at the trial both to the admission of evidence and the giving of instructions, and these exceptions have been considered by us; but we do not find any prejudicial error, or question of sufficient importance to require discussion. It is also earnestly insisted that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict, but when appellee’s evidence is given its highest probative value, as we must give it, when testing its legal sufficiency to support the verdict, we can not say that the evidence is legally insufficient to…
