O’NIELL, Chief Justice.
Miss Marguerite Adelaide Vienne and Miss Mary Madeline Vienne sued Henry Chalona and his liability ■ insurer, Standard Surety & Casualty Company of New York, for damages for personal injuries caused by an automobile accident. Chalona’s car, driven by his daughter, ran into the rear of the plaintiffs’ car in which they were riding, and injured both of them. No exception was taken to their bringing only one suit for the damages claimed by each of them.
