There are two appeals — tbe first embracing three several judgments — one on a rule taken by Mrs. Geddes on the executors to pay legacies, etc. and close their administration; tbe second, decreeing a liquidation of tbe community in order to determine tbe respective rights of tbe widow and tbe heirs of tbe deceased; tbe third for tbe taking of depositions of witnesses before a notary. Tbe other appeal is from tbe final judgment discharging tbe rule taken by Mrs. Geddes on the executors to surrender tbe property, assets,…
