This was an action by plaintiff, who held a judgment against a defunct corporation to subject its corporate successor to liability for the satisfaction thereof.

The pertinent facts were developed without dispute. On March 17, 1935, plaintiff sustained personal injuries in a taxicab operated by the Peoples Taxicab Company, a corporation, in Wichita.
