The plaintiffs in error prosecute this proceeding in error, asking the reversal of a judgment rendered against them by the district court for Douglas county.

It sufficiently appears in the evidence, and is conceded, that Douglas Printing Company and Douglas-Watters Company is in fact the same concern, without reorganization, but simply with a change in name.
