BLACKBIRD, Justice:

This action for damages arose out of a collision between a 1942 Model 2½ Ton GMC tandem-wheeled oil field truck and a 1961 Model Mercury Sedan, on a bridge over which a county road crosses a creek about 3 miles north, and 5 miles east, of Dewey.
