BLACKBIRD, Justice.

In this case, defendant in error (hereinafter referred to as “plaintiff”) recovered judgment in the amount of $200.00 for damages to her 1962 Model Chevrolet in its collision with a 1956 Model Chevrolet driven by plaintiff in error (hereinafter referred to as “defendant”) at the intersection of Northwest 36th and North Shar-tel Streets in Oklahoma City.
