OPINION OF THE COURT UPON FURTHER REVIEW

SMITH, Judge:

The appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, by a special court-martial consisting of enlisted members, of two specifications of wrongful use of marijuana, a violation of Article 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 912a. The adjudged sentence included a bad-conduct discharge, hard labor without confinement for 3 months, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved the bad-con-duet discharge and reduction to E-l.
