VOLLENWEIDER, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted the appellant of two specifications of possessing child pornography under 18 U.S.C. § 2252, and one specification of violating Section 16-17-470 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (“Peeping Tom” statute), in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
