This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Kim Allen, Daniele Xenos, Melissa Nigh, Sherrell Smith, Yuanke Xu, Diana Sisti, and Nancy Rodriguez’s motion for class certification, filed on May 14, 2012.1 [Doc. # 60.] On June 15, 2012, Defendants Hyland’s Inc. and Standard Homeopathic Company filed an opposition [Doe. # 74].
