OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Jacob A. Donaldson (Donaldson), appeals his conviction for operating a motor vehicle while privileges are suspended, as a Class A misdemeanor, Ind.Code § 9-80-10-16.

We affirm.
