OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Oscar Eduardo Perez (Perez), appeals his conviction for attempted murder, a Class A felony, Ind. Code §§ 35-41-5-1; 35-42-1-1.

We affirm.

ISSUES

Perez raises two issues on appeal, which we restate as follows:(1) Whether the trial court properly instructed the jury; and(2) Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed attempted murder.
