This action was for an injunction to restrain defendant from alleged repeated acts of trespass upon plaintiff's land in driving and traveling across it. Damages were sought in the sum of one hundred dollars. Defendant asserted an easement and right of way across plaintiff's land, and the existence of this right of way is the principal matter in controversy between the parties. After trial the court gave judgment for plaintiff as prayed for.
