Plaintiff, proceeding on order to show cause, seeks a preliminary injunction to accomplish, pendente Hie, the following results: viz., (a) the restoration to the plaintiff’s custody of the minute book and other records of *400the corporate defendant; (b) a restraint against the company and the defendants William C.
