PATTERSON, J. pro tem.
This is an appeal from a judgment against defendant, a physician and surgeon, for the sum of $20,000 entered pursuant to a jury’s verdict awarding the plaintiff that sum in damages for malpractice.
The defendant performed a total hysterectomy operation upon the plaintiff. After the operation plaintiff developed a leakage of urine. Plaintiff testified that this first occurred while she was in the hospital three days after the operation. It was reported to the doctor 10 days after the operation.
