Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of nonsuit.
In 1915 plaintiff and her husband granted to a corporation, the Valley Pipe Line Company, an easement in the nature of a right of way, under the terms of which the corporation was permitted to install and maintain a pipe line across the ranch of the grantors in Contra Costa County. Mr. Slater has since died, the plaintiff now being the sole owner of the property.
