*14This is a writ of error from a judgment of the District Court 'of the City- and County' of Denver which affirmed an award of compensation made by the Industrial Commission of the State of Colorado. The plaintiffs in error will -be referred'to as the “landowners.” The Industrial Commission of the State of Colorado will, be referred to as the “Commission” and the individual workmen’s compensation claimant, William Brown, will be referred to as the “claimant.”
